RentASure provides a platform where tenants and landlords can exchange structured, verified reviews. We are a review and reference platform only — we do not guarantee, verify, or endorse any individual's suitability, reliability, or future behavior.

3. Identity & Lease Verification

Users must verify their identity using ID.me and provide a valid lease or rental agreement for review eligibility. RentASure is not responsible for the accuracy or authenticity of user-submitted documents or identity verification results.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful information.
• Submit only factual, experience-based reviews.
• Not misuse the platform for harassment, retaliation, or false claims.

Users are solely responsible for the content they submit.

"RentASure may collect and store review data submitted by verified users regarding rental experiences. No review data is published, displayed, or made accessible until the reviewed party claims their profile, verifies their identity, and accepts our Terms & Conditions." Once someone is notified they've been reviewed, they can:

• Accept and claim their profile
• Or decline participation, in which case their data is deleted and not published

5. Reviews & Reports

Reviews are structured and rating-based only — RentASure does not allow open-ended comments or text to minimize abuse and bias. The reviews reflect user opinions only. RentASure does not investigate, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any reviews or the actions of reviewed parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

RentASure is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from use of the platform, including:

• Rental decisions made based on reviews or reports.
• Interactions between users.
• Any disputes or issues arising between tenants, landlords, or third parties.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

7. No Background Check

RentASure does not provide legal background checks or credit reports. Reviews are for informational purposes only and should not replace due diligence or professional screening services.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

RentASure may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• False information submission.
• Fraudulent lease documents.
• Abuse of the review system.
• Violation of these Terms.

By creating an account, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your data.

10. Modifications

RentASure reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.
